Know what you agreed to deliver, and what’s due next
StarlightIQ keeps brand deal deliverables, due dates, and approval status together. Review the obligations extracted from a contract, update each item as work progresses, and see upcoming work across your deals.
One campaign. More than one deadline.
The content list may be in a contract while a revised date sits in a message. A submission deadline is also different from a publication deadline. Without a current record of both, it can be difficult to tell what needs your attention and what is waiting for a brand.
In StarlightIQ’s 2026 Creator Brand Deal Research, a survey of 154 creators who completed 5+ paid brand deals in the past 12 months, 26% said they had lost track of contract terms or deliverables.
Fielded online October 5–6, 2026 through a paid, opt-in research panel. The final sample of 154 passed attention checks and duplicate-response screening. Responses and eligibility were self-reported, not independently verified; results are not weighted to represent all creators. The survey did not measure StarlightIQ’s effect on payments or time spent.
How deliverable tracking works
- 01
Bring in the agreement
Upload a signed PDF or add a deal manually. Start with the actual scope, including the number and type of deliverables, rather than relying on the campaign’s working title.
- 02
Review the extracted obligations
Check each deliverable and its due date against the contract. Correct missing details and distinguish a draft submission from the final content when the agreement requires both.
- 03
Update status as work moves
Record progress and approvals from the deal. Keep the status consistent with the feedback you have received, so a submitted item is not mistaken for an approved one.
- 04
Review work across deals
Use the deliverables view to see upcoming dates across your partnerships. Return to the relevant deal when you need the contract context behind a particular obligation.
Keep every commitment in view.
Deadlines in one view
See dated deliverables across brand deals so you can compare upcoming obligations while planning your work.
Approval tracking
Record which items have been approved and which are still waiting for a response, using the feedback you receive from the brand.
Status updates beside the agreement
Keep the working state of each deliverable connected to the partnership it belongs to, with the contract available for reference.
Make each status mean something
Use a review routine alongside the tracker. When feedback arrives, check whether it approves the content, requests a revision, or changes the scope. Update the recorded status accordingly. Tracking an approval records your update; it does not mean the brand has reviewed the work inside StarlightIQ.
