Every brand deal, organized in one place
StarlightIQ gives creators and talent one record for every brand deal. Upload a contract or add a deal manually, then review its terms, deadlines, approvals, usage rights, and exclusivity together.
The details shouldn’t be scattered.
Deal details often live in email threads, PDFs, and notes. When a brand asks about an approval or a new offer arrives, finding the agreement is only the first step: you also need the current dates and any changes you have recorded.
In StarlightIQ’s 2026 Creator Brand Deal Research, a survey of 154 creators who completed 5+ paid brand deals in the past 12 months, 95% said they keep deal information in two or more places.
Fielded online October 5–6, 2026 through a paid, opt-in research panel. The final sample of 154 passed attention checks and duplicate-response screening. Responses and eligibility were self-reported, not independently verified; results are not weighted to represent all creators. The survey did not measure StarlightIQ’s effect on payments or time spent.
How brand deal organization works
- 01
Add the agreement
Upload a signed PDF or enter the deal manually. You can also start with a deal in progress, keeping its status clear while the details are still being discussed.
- 02
Review the extracted terms
StarlightIQ AI pulls key information from an uploaded contract. Compare the result with the original, especially dates, deliverables, payment amounts, and any qualifications attached to a clause.
- 03
Correct the record
Edit details before relying on them. If an agreement changes, record the updated terms so the information you use to manage the partnership reflects what you agreed.
- 04
Check the relationship
Review approvals, usage rights, and exclusivity alongside the rest of the deal. Use the recorded terms when considering a new offer, and return to the contract when wording needs closer attention.
A home for every partnership.
One record per partnership
Keep the contract and its recorded terms together, with the details you need to manage the agreement after signing.
Search across deals
Find an existing partnership without remembering which message originally contained the contract or which folder you used to save it.
Exclusivity checks
Compare an offer against recorded category, competitor, and time-window restrictions, then review the relevant contract language before making a decision.
Keep the agreement useful after signing
A deal record is most useful when it reflects the agreement you are actually working to. Check it after a scope change, a revised deadline, or an approval. Keep the source wording available so a summary never becomes the only reference for an important restriction.
